Dwayne Palmer is the Senior Director of IT Governance and Strategic Planning for OIT.  Dwayne is responsible for facilitating alignment between the IT Organization and IT Governance.  In addition, he leads the Portfolio Project Management Office which defines and implements project management methodology for OIT.  Dwayne tracks and analyzes metrics of the PPMO’s effectiveness as well as provides governance and decision support for projects.  He has over 20 years of IT experience with 10 years focused on IT Strategy and Project Management.

Dehydration can easily put a dent in those and other cognitive functions, a new metadata analysis of multiple studies shows. Researchers at Georgia Tech are particularly interested in possible ramifications for people who toil in the heat around heavy equipment or military hardware.
