Incident Response Levels
- Response within 30 minutes if immediate support is needed.
- Response within 1 business day for non-urgent incidents.
Incident Resolution Target: This is dependent on the nature of the incident. Simple issues can be mitigated or resolved within a short time window of up to 30 minutes; more complicated issues can take longer to fully resolve, depending on factors such as system complexity, space and network access and vendor return policies.
