Support Information: 

Use the Submit Request button above for the following types of requests:

  • If you need assistance with an existing vdeoconferencing room that was installed by OIT AV Services,
  • If you need to upgrade an existing room or design a new room to accommodate videoconferencing,
  • If you currently have a videoconferencing room that is not supported by AV Services, but you want to add your room to Georgia Tech’s enterprise videoconferencing infrastructure.
