Maintenance:
Maintenance for installing, patching or repairing various components of the service when required, will be scheduled to take place within the following standard windows:

  • Every Tue, 8:00PM - Wed, 6:00AM EST
  • Every Thu, 8:00PM - Fri, 6:00AM EST
  • Every Sat, 8:00PM - Sun, 2:00PM EST

This service is for managing Institute owned endpoint devices only.
