Service Description: 

Centralized, large-scale data storage services to Institute affiliated units at Georgia Tech.

Service Levels: 

System Availability: 24x7

Support Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00AM-5:00PM EST

Requests for new virtual hosts covered under existing SLA contracts are fulfilled within 7 business days. New customers should allow for extra time for SLA administrative processing.

Maintenance:

The following maintenance windows are reserved for installing, repairing and patching various components of this service:

  • Every Tue, 5:00AM - 7:00AM EST
  • Every Thu, 5:00AM - 7:00AM EST
  • The third Sat of each month, 6:00AM - 12:00PM EST
     
Requirements: 

If requesting this service for the first time, a formal Service Level Agreement contract must first be completed and approved by the appropriate unit heads. Please contact the SLA Coordinator at ai-sla@oit.gatech.edu to obtain the applicable forms.

  • Departmental Peoplesoft Project Number
  • GT Departmental Check
