GT Active Directory Integration can be updated from OIT central GT accounts sources to affect GT Accounts, passwords, and associated information and groups.

The Georgia Tech Enterprise Directory is a large, highly available service consumed by applications for authentication, authorization, groups, and other data about GT people, GT accounts, and groups.  Most of this data are available via LDAP, SQL and Web Services.

BuzzApi is a web-service platform that provides a consistent interface for several families of RESTful web services. Customers can either use BuzzApi to invoke existing services or can add their own services to the platform so they can be accessed more easily and consistently.

Georgia Tech's Active Directory Groups system has many groups that are populated from different enterprise data sources, particularly from the PeopleSoft HR and Banner Student systems. Applications using GTAD already can automatically check if an account is a member of one of these groups, but need to contact the IAM team (iam-support@oit.gatech.edu) for assistance with seeing a full list of a group's member.
