The following maintenance windows are reserved for installing, repairing and patching various components of this service:

  • Every Tue, 5:00AM - 7:00AM EST
  • Every Thu, 5:00AM - 7:00AM EST
  • The third Sat of each month, 6:00AM - 12:00PM EST

This service is available strictly to qualified IT Staff.

Support Information: 

Web applications may use a common login solution that enables users to go from one application to another without entering their credentials multiple times. At Georgia Tech, application owners have a choice of using CAS or Shibboleth. Shibboleth is the best choice for most vendor-hosted or "federated" environments, and CAS for the rest. Applications that cannot use CAS or Shibboleth may still be able to use central GT Account passwords using LDAP. Application owners can request the appropriate integration solution they need here.
