Service Description: 

Assistance with Audiovisual technology in supported technology-enhanced rooms on the Georgia Tech main campus.

Service Levels: 

Support Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00AM-8:00PM EST

Additional Hours for Clough: Sat-Sun, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST

Incident Response Levels

  • Response within 30 minutes if immediate support is needed.
  • Response within 1 business day for non-urgent incidents.


Incident Resolution Target: This is dependent on the nature of the incident. Simple issues can be mitigated or resolved within a short time window of up to 30 minutes; more complicated issues can take longer to fully resolve, depending on factors such as system complexity, space and network access and vendor return policies.
