Valeria Roberts is the Office of Information Technology's Assistant Director - HR Business Partner. In her role, Roberts partners with OIT leadership to enable and maximize resources, effectively recruit and retain talent, and strategically support our people planning and development in an increasingly complex and competitive market. Specifically, she is engaged in partnering with leadership to strengthen hiring and recruitment strategies and move the needle on employee engagement and development.
