The new Coda building, which represents the next phase of Georgia Tech’s Technology Square, is a nearly 750,000-square-foot mixed-use project. Georgia Tech will be the anchor tenant. Portman Holdings owns the tower and John Portman & Associates is designing the facility.

The Coda Open House will provide community members an opportunity to learn more about the Coda building including the developing Georgia Tech community.

Stop by the Georgia Tech Advanced Planning Studio – located directly across from the future Coda building – between 10:00 and 11:30 a.m. or between 1:00 and 2:30 p.m.

  • Learn the benefits of working in collaborative spaces.
  • Review best practices in records retention.
  • Prepare for the physical move and learn more about capital surplus and solid waste removal procedures.
  • Plus, come see for yourself (and vote!) on the proposed space design for Georgia Tech occupants including furniture packages.

Campus representatives will be available to answer your questions.
