The Office of Information Technology is pleased to announce an introduction to Zoom training session for you! 

This training session is one of many opportunities to learn more about the Zoom video conferencing solution and is open to all of campus. This session will be focused on how to start with Zoom video conferencing tool and covers:  

  • How to sign into Zoom
  • Difference between Zoom App and Browser
  • How to install Zoom app
  • How to schedule Zoom meetings through Outlook
  • How to apply background filter
  • How to host a Zoom meeting
  • The functions of the icons at the bottom of the screen
  • Brief overview of breakout rooms and polls

There is no registration required. Feel free to drop in if you are available.
